02 / Fire Door Surveys
Our detailed inspections check the condition and operation of your fire doors, including integrity, seals, hinges, gaps, and closers. We report what is present, what is missing, and what deserves attention first, with reference to BS 476 standards.
03 / Compartmentation Surveys
We assess walls, floors, ceilings, and service penetrations to check that fire-resisting barriers remain intact. Every compartmentation survey includes basic floor plans showing compartment zones, fire door locations, escape routes, and safety equipment positions.
